DeepCommerce has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Navisoft, a Vietnamese financial technology and market infrastructure provider. The partnership brings together DeepCommerce's cross-market AI and growth products with Navisoft's local relationships, enterprise software expertise and track record of delivering mission-critical systems.
The companies will jointly identify customer opportunities and develop solutions across digital commerce, enterprise AI and financial technology. DeepCommerce will contribute its AI-agent architecture, multi-model orchestration, data engineering and cross-platform growth products. Navisoft will bring deep knowledge of Vietnam's financial institutions, local implementation requirements and complex production environments.
Growth has become a systems problem
For cross-border brands, growth is increasingly a systems problem. Companies now sell across marketplaces, social platforms and owned channels, while AI is moving rapidly into day-to-day operations. Yet the underlying data, tools and workflows often remain disconnected. Media buying, merchandising, content and customer operations are still stitched together manually, slowing decisions and making it harder to see what is actually driving performance.
The scale of that fragmentation is growing. DHL's 2025 E-Commerce Trends Report found that 63% of e-commerce businesses sell on at least three platforms and 87% are active on social media. Amazon Global Selling's 2026 white paper reported that more than 98% of surveyed Chinese sellers already use AI in their daily operations. Every additional market also brings new languages, channel rules, data requirements and security constraints.
Global by design from day one
Founded in 2026, DeepCommerce is an AI startup built for global digital commerce. Its core team has operated across China, the United States and Southeast Asia, with experience in cross-border e-commerce, digital marketing, brand growth and enterprise services. The company has been global by design from day one.
That perspective has been shaped by three very different operating environments: China's fast-moving platform, content-commerce and livestreaming ecosystem; the United States' focus on long-term brand value, attribution and repeatable delivery; and Southeast Asia's linguistic, cultural and channel diversity. DeepCommerce is bringing those experiences together to pair growth speed with a more sustainable and measurable operating system.
A strong local operating base
Navisoft gives the partnership a strong local operating base. Founded in 2007, the company provides financial market infrastructure and digital finance systems to exchanges, banks, securities firms and market operators in Vietnam. Its work spans trading, custody and settlement, banking platforms, bond management, data analytics and digital governance. Navisoft's products serve millions of retail and institutional investors, and the company joined the FPT ecosystem in 2025.
For DeepCommerce, this is more than a market-entry partnership. Navisoft brings the delivery discipline, systems expertise and local customer access needed to move AI solutions from pilot projects into production. The agreement is DeepCommerce's first flagship partnership in Vietnam and an important step into Southeast Asia. Together, the companies will explore use cases in intelligent media buying, data integration, AI-assisted product selection, livestream operations, multilingual consumer intelligence and enterprise AI.
DeepCommerce is not building another marketing dashboard. It is building the decision layer for cross-border growth.
From fragmented signals to coordinated action
The platform is designed to turn fragmented signals into coordinated action. It unifies data from marketplaces, advertising platforms, social content and brand-owned sites, applies an AI decision layer, and connects the resulting recommendations to campaign execution, operations and attribution. The objective is not simply to produce more reports, but to create a continuous loop from data to decision to measurable outcome.
On the growth and data side, CrossAd brings TikTok, Meta and Google into a single environment for bidding, budget allocation and attribution. UniProfile connects identity and behavioral data across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Amazon, while ProductRadar combines marketplace rankings, social-commerce trends, pricing, reviews and supply-chain data to support product selection and competitive tracking.
On the content and localization side, LiveBoost uses AI agents to support livestream commerce; GEO-SEA helps brands improve visibility across search and generative-AI discovery in multiple languages; and VOC-Global turns reviews, social engagement and local-market conversations into product and marketing decisions.
These products share a common architecture. Rather than applying AI to isolated tasks, DeepCommerce enables a company to define a business objective and have AI agents break it into steps, call the appropriate models and data sources, and execute workflows with human oversight. The goal is to shorten the distance between detecting a market change, deciding what it means and acting on it.
Vietnam as an early proving ground
The Navisoft agreement marks an important step in DeepCommerce's international rollout. Vietnam will serve as an early proving ground for the company's global-product, local-execution model. By combining global product design with local systems knowledge and enterprise delivery, the partnership aims to help businesses turn fragmented market signals into faster, more consistent operating decisions in Vietnam and, over time, across Southeast Asia.
