Pionexa Company Limited and CMC Cyber Security Ltd, a member of CMC Corporation, have signed a memorandum of understanding for strategic cooperation on Lark Suite, artificial intelligence, digital signature and cybersecurity solutions. The agreement brings together Pionexa's enterprise AI and Lark Suite go-to-market capabilities with CMC Cyber Security's trust, compliance and managed-security expertise for the Vietnamese market.
The partnership is built around a dual relationship. CMC Cyber Security is an intended customer of Pionexa's Lark Suite and AI products, and it is also a local promotion, integration and customer-development partner for DeepCommerce AI and other approved Pionexa solutions in Vietnam. The cooperation is non-exclusive and customer-led, with each joint opportunity carrying a clear owner, commercial pathway, security assessment and measurable outcome.
Combining productivity, AI and security
The two companies bring complementary strengths. Pionexa provides enterprise AI, AI agents, workflow automation and systems integration, and supports the promotion, deployment and adoption of Lark Suite in Vietnam. CMC Cyber Security provides CMC CA digital signature, 24/7 SOC monitoring, penetration testing, security assessment and compliance consulting, anti-malware and endpoint protection, CryptoSHIELD, web application firewall and related managed-security services.
By combining these capabilities, the Parties intend to move AI and collaboration solutions from pilots into governed, production-grade deployments — pairing growth and automation with the identity, encryption and monitoring controls that Vietnamese enterprises and regulated industries require.
Lark Suite go-to-market comes first
Lark Suite go-to-market is the first cooperation priority. Joint activities may include account planning, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept projects, licensing and implementation proposals, migration, integration, user adoption, training and customer success — with Pionexa leading solutioning and CMC Cyber Security providing security review, local assurance and customer support.
Beyond collaboration tooling, Pionexa's AI solutions may be integrated with CMC CA so that approved business workflows can support identity verification, document approval, electronic signing, evidence retention and audit trails, subject to technical validation and electronic-transaction requirements. Pionexa and Lark-related solutions may also incorporate CMC Cyber Security controls such as security assessment, SOC monitoring, endpoint protection, WAF, encryption and incident response as appropriate to each customer.
The goal is secure, compliant enterprise AI — pairing growth and automation with identity, trust and managed security from day one.
Four joint solution packages
The cooperation is organized around four joint solution packages. Lark Smart Workplace delivers collaboration, knowledge and workflow adoption with a security review and local assurance layer. AI + CMC CA enables secure digital approval and signing across AI workflows. Secure Enterprise AI combines AI deployment with managed security including pentest, SOC, WAF, endpoint protection and incident response. Compliance-ready Transformation pairs process redesign and AI enablement with security assessment, certification support and controls.
A framework for repeatable local delivery
The MOU sets out how the Parties will jointly plan accounts, design solutions, run pilots and review customer success, along with opportunity-registration and protection principles that safeguard each side's customer relationships. It creates no exclusivity, minimum purchase or fixed revenue share; commercial terms — from referral and co-selling to resale, licensing and joint delivery — are approved separately for each opportunity under a Project Agreement.
For both companies, the agreement is a framework for repeatable local delivery: combining Pionexa's AI and Lark Suite products with CMC Cyber Security's trust and security capabilities to help Vietnamese organizations adopt AI-driven collaboration and automation with confidence, compliance and measurable business value.
